I/O list and PLC architecture

Основной материал
Group inputs/outputs: DI for switches/status, DO for pump/solenoid, AI for transmitters, AO for valves/VFD. Add spare capacity and communication devices.
Sequence logic
States: IDLE -> PRECHECK -> FILL -> HEAT/MIX -> HOLD -> TRANSFER -> COMPLETE. Fault state accessible from any stage. Define permissives and timeouts.
Reusable blocks
Use Motor_FB, Valve_FB, AI_Channel, PID wrapper and Batch state machine. Define simulation strategy for testing before field equipment.
Практическая работа
Create I/O list and pseudocode state transition table. Include at least 5 interlocks and 5 alarms.
