Цель: Изучить тему «Разработка P&ID и instrument index» и закрепить её практическими заданиями и самопроверкой.
2 акад. часа чтение и разбор теории, решение задач, работа со схемой или виртуальным стендом и проверка понимания.
Основной материал
Create tags: LT/LIT, TT/TIC, PT/PI, FT/FIC, pHT/AIC as appropriate project convention. Add control valves, isolation, pump, check valves, high/low switches, alarms and conceptual shutdowns.
Instrument index
For each tag record service, range, units, type, signal/protocol, location, I/O, fail action and notes. Keep consistent loop numbering.
Review checklist
Every control loop has sensor and actuator.
Every actuator has fail position.
Maintenance isolation considered.
Tags unique.
Signals traceable to I/O.
Safety functions clearly distinguished from normal control.

Produce one-page P&ID and instrument index minimum 15 instruments.
